3. Service Categories

3.1 Home Renovation and Design Services

Our professional planning and design services involve personalized consultations, project plans, and on-site work. You may reschedule a confirmed appointment up to 7 days before the agreed start date by completing the contact form. If you cancel more than 7 days prior, you will receive a full refund of any service fees. Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments.

3.2 Digital Information Products

Digital guides, templates, and tutorials are available for purchase. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the digital content. To submit a request, complete the contact form. Eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval to the original payment method.

3.3 Physical Goods

Products shipped to you include printed materials and sample kits. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange shipment back to us. Items must arrive unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to our facility. Once the item is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued within 10 business days through the original payment channel.

4. Refund Policy Details

All refund requests must be made via the contact form and include your order reference. Approved refund amounts are issued to the original payment instrument within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your payment provider to process the credit. Service fees are eligible for full refund only if canceled more than 7 days before start. Digital products are eligible if unused and not accessed. Physical goods require shipment back in resalable condition. Shipping fees are not subject to refund. Scheduling changes are considered case by case and may incur additional fees.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Material updates will be posted on HouseAllPlan.com. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in relevant Ontario courts.
